Vehicles in park
Returns the open service orders of the workshop park: status ESP or EXE and not cancelled, newest first. Scoped to the billing series the authenticated user has access to, exactly like the legacy widget: a user with no series access configured sees every series, which is the legacy behaviour and not an authorization decision taken here. Takes no parameters and is not paginated.
