Road tax alerts
Returns the vehicles whose road tax (IUC) expires up to the end of the window, with the last amount paid. There is no lower bound: already expired ones are returned too.

Size of the look-ahead window, in days from now. Defaults to 30, the value the legacy dashboard widget uses.
